What is the most difficult part of working with startups?

We focus on early-stage startups, usually on POC stage, with very promising ideas and teams. Since most are pre-seed, rarely seed companies, the most difficult part is to make them lift above the threshold. In order to survive, entrepreneurs need to pivot fast. Our team makes it clear to them, helps with the transition and supports the team morally.

HIVEWhat are the three most important factors startup entrepreneurs should consider when contemplating attending an accelerator?

  1. If the accelerator is not investing in its participants, could the team sustain itself at least for the time of the accelerator plus at least six months after it is over?
  2. Is the entrepreneur open-minded to hear the feedback from the mentors of the accelerator and absorb the materials during the lectures? Can they change and evolve quickly, if needed?
  3. Do they have the right team members for the future development of the startup? Is there any other expert that they need on board?

What else would you like to share?

During the early stage of development, entrepreneurs need an accelerator.  We encourage entrepreneurs to use them and choose the ones that receive the best feedback from the graduates.
