The goal at Tetuan Valley is to accompany the entrepreneurs in their first steps and train them how to go from an idea to a real business that can be tested by forming a community of entrepreneurs who help each other.

Why is your accelerator program unique? Please describe the benefits of participation in your program.

The methodology we use is fresh and adapts to the need of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Above all, the most unique feature is the community that we create with the people who go through the different programs. More than 500 entrepreneurs have been through our programs and come back to train the new participants with the experience they have gained.

What is the most difficult part of working with startups?

Teach startups that sometimes their idea does not as work as they believed. They have to pivot to something else. The right thing is to understand the real the problem instead of just falling in love with the solution.

What is the Difference between a Lifestyle Business and a Scalable Company?

What do you enjoy the most; what do you find most appealing about working with entrepreneurial startups?

By focusing on working on the seed phase, we see the immense desire to learn, work and how the batteries are 100% charged to take their project forward.

What are the three most important factors startup entrepreneurs should consider when contemplating attending an accelerator?

The most important is the accelerator’s objectives. Definitely, accelerators who care about startups do their best to make them grow. Startups should take in account what they will receive back for being part of the program. Be very sure what the accelerator is asking in return. Do not waste too much time and focus on what it will really help them.
