EO Sydney’s mission is to empower members with the tools, accountability, and community they need to grow their business to more than $1 Million in sales. We provide them with the skills to be better entrepreneurs and leaders.

Why is your accelerator program unique? Please describe the benefits of participation in your program.

The Accelerator program wouldn’t be successful without the people involved. One of the biggest strengths of the program is the support, experience sharing and the care we have for one another. Whether it is between Accelerator members, the coaches or EO members, we are one big, loving and supportive tribe.

What is the most difficult part of working with startups?

Startups have a lot of ideas and passion for what they do. It is very common among entrepreneurs to get distracted by endless opportunities, struggling to execute.

What do you enjoy the most; what do you find most appealing about working with entrepreneurial startups?

The drive and hunger to make a difference, have an impact and provide solutions. Above all of that, they are providing future jobs, boosting the economy, bringing likeminded minds together to create a safe place to belong be heard and understood, and not be judged.

Are You Prepared for the Entrepreneurial Journey?

Tell us about your success stories; which are the most interesting companies to have participated in your program?

This past year our FMCG businesses have been standing out. To name a few: Over the Moo daily free ice cream has appeared on Shark Tank, won the Telstra New Business Awards and grew their revenue by 400%. Shine+Smart Drink won Global Beverage Innovation Award in Germany.

What are the most important factors startup entrepreneurs should consider when contemplating attending an accelerator?

In the EO Sydney chapter, we are aiming to make the program as strong, unique and successful as possible through collaborating with chapters across Australia and New Zealand, as well as the support of the EO global head office.
